Ordering Information

It’s simple. Just use the “ADD TO CART” button on the individual item page for each ornament, and you’ll be directed to set up payment details and provide your shipping information through Paypal.
You can also call the studio any time at 781-872-1123 and order directly using Visa or Master Card.
You can also send a check (you will have to call or email us at sales@swirlydesigns.com to get your total), but we will have to wait for it to clear before we can ship your ornaments, so it might take a bit longer for you to get your order.

Each ornament is shipped in its very own gift box, closed with a color band and a Swirly Designs Sticker. You can slide the band off the box to view the ornament without breaking the seal.
We generally ship USPS priority mail or first class, unless you request otherwise. All orders leave the studio within 7-10 business days (depending on availability), and can take three day to a week in transit. During the Christmas season orders could take up to two weeks for delivery.

** At this time we do not have a wholesale line to offer but we can add you to our mailing list for when do have one available.

Remember since each 
ornament is unique and hand painted, no two are exactly alike. NO returns without authorization. 
Return authorizations are valid for 30 days. Damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days of receiving shipment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders and Paypal. At this time we do NOT ship internationally. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
